OUR PROCESS:


- ​Review your business uses of the property to identify changes since the last general reassessment​
- Review of historical income and expenses
- Conduct independent valuation to compare against assessed values, including alternative methods, where appropriate
- Verify and review the municipality’s valuation, and compare your property to the Assessor's records to identify differences in physical characteristics
- Provide a recommendation and Propose alternative values using data from physical inspection, reviews of financial records, and reviews of appropriate markets

Determine the best strategy for appeal if warranted and discuss other options that may be relevant to the assessment

File appropriate appeals with County Assessor or State Tax Board

Conduct informal conferences on appeal issues with County or Township Assessors
