PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REFUND/ CANCELLATION/ EXCHANGE POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING FROM OUR WEBSITE. Tickets purchased online do not expire and can be used anytime as long as its within the confines and terms of the ticket purchased. All tickets purchased online cannot be refunded. However, 9D Adventure Extreme VR Cinemas will allow purchasers to exchange/ swap/ transfer the purchased amount value of their ticket(s) towards another activity offered at the facility, such as swapping regular admission tickets for package tickets, etc.
